Can't connect to SVN server to download cFerret

svn co  svn://www.davebalmain.com/cferret/trunk cferret svn: Can't connect to host 'www.davebalmain.com': Connection refused

Probably just need to issue "svnserve -d"

Sorry...couldn't find contact info anywhere so this was the only way :)
